Last night for mutual Megan taught us how to draw a couple of her cartoon characters. She is a talented artist and we had fun learning how to draw with her step by step instructions. We had some yummy treats made by the girls and a good time together.

Tonight for our activity we learned how to make pillow cases. Each girl brought 1 yard of fabric and we folded it in half and then sewed a straight seam down the side and the bottom of the pillow case. Next we made a hem at the top and ironed it down and then sewed a top stitch on the hem. We had a lot of fun learning how to use the sewing machine and how to make a fun pillow case. After we went to 7-11 for Slurpee's!!
